Scandinavian Walnut Cake

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking2 large eggs1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 cup chopped walnuts1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice (do not drain)
Directions
Makes 12 pieces

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 9 X 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. (Until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.)

Can be topped with cream cheese frosting and walnuts.
