Taco Bell style low fat bean burritos

Ingredients
1 can fat free refried beans1 cup shredded Colby cheese1 small onion8 tbs taco sauce8 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
spray skillet w/ non stick cooking spray, cook chopped onions, heat beans in sauce pan. take a tortilla layer with beans, onions, cheese and 1 tbs taco sauce. fold down tops of tortillas, then fold in sides, (you will do this 8 times) place open seem side down on baking sheet, bake for about 10 mins in a 100 degree oven. serve w/ low fat sour cream. makes 8 servings
