1 container of Low fat Cottage cheese2 eggs1 large carrot shredded1 large zuchini shredded1c Spinach ChoppedI pkg lasanga noodlesCooked Ground beef3cps tomato sauce4 I italiano cheese 1c1 bell pepper chopped in rings1/2 egg plant thinly sliced
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, carrots and zuchinni together.
Put thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan then first layer of noodles,
Use half cottage cheese mixture, then a layer of eggplant, top with noodles then add sauce, hamburger, spinach then noodles, next use more cottage cheese mixture, topped with noodles, then sauce then topped with cheese.
Bake for 40 min let sit for 15 and enjoy!!
