Spicy Baked Custard

3 beaten eggs1 1/2 cups 1% milk1/3 cup Splenda1/2 T vanilla1/2 t cinnamon
In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, Splenda and vanilla. Whisk together until well mixed. Place 4-6oz. custard cups into a 8x8 pan. Divide egg mixture evenly among custard cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour boiling water into baking dish around custard cups to a depth of 1 inch.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center of each cup comes out clean. Remove cups from water. Cover and cool until serving.
