Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2-3 slices low calorie bread totalling 120 cals200ml skimmed milk3 tbsp artificial sweetener1 tbsp cocoa powder20g plain chocolate chips
Directions
Tear the bread into pieces and place in a shallow dish.
Mix the sweetener and cocoa with the milk and pour over the bread, making sure all the bread is covered by the milk.
Scatter over the plain chocolate chips and bake at Gas 4 for 30 minutes.
