15 Bean Soup w/ham and Spicy Turkey Sauage

10 oz cann tomatoe with Green Chili1 pkg Hot Turkey Sauage2 Med. Onions1 pkg Smoked Ham Hocks (3 pieces)2 Garlic ClovesAny 15-Bean Soup Mix - Do not use season packSalt - Pepper1/2 tsp Cumin1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Sort and Rince beans. Soak beans overnight in pot of water.
Drain beans and put in pot. add 2 Quarts water. Add Ham Hock. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours.
Remove Ham Hocks. Remove meat from bone and dice. Add back to beans.
Remove casings from sauage. break up and brown in skilet. Add Onions and Garlic. cook 2 mins longer. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, cumin, pepper flakes. Mix and add to beans.
Bring back to a boil and simmer 45 mins.
