Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 Tbs Honey mustard.5 tsp Red wine vinegar (a few drops).25 tsp Olive oil (again just a few drops)Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Put honey mustard into a small bowl, mix in the red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. While whisking with fork add olive oil. Serve over greens of your choice. I like it over about 2 cups of iceberg lettuce with diced green onions and celery. I add extra pepper to the dressed salad for added spice.
