italian chicken with tomato noodles

Ingredients
2 chicken breast - cut length wise to make 4 thin pcs.1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp salt 1 tbs pepper 1 tbs garlic powder1 tbs dried oregano 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil4 oz whole wheat spaghetti 1/2 cup marinara sauce, prego 4 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
heat large pot of water to a boil
while waiting for water to boil

pound chicken 1 peice at a time between two pieces of plastic wrap till it become very thin.
on a plate mix, flour, salt, pepper , garlic and oregano
coat each pc of chicken very thinly- shake off all excess flour

heat a large skillet over med high heat with oil.

drop pasta in water will take 12-14 min

cook 2 pieces of chicken at a time about 4 min each side
keep cooked chicken warm on a plat under foil

when past is done drain and place back in hot pot. This will help get excess water off pasta. Add tomato sauce and stir.

place 1/4 of pasta on place and 1 piece of cooked chicken on top. add with a sprinkle of cheese.

serve with small salad (if desired)
