Vegetarian Spicy Tomato Peanut Soup

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 cup onion, chopped1 tbsp garlic, minced1 tbsp curry powder1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp red pepper flakes6 cups fat free vegetable broth1/2 cup tomato paste2 cups stewed tomatoes1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot and saute onions and garlic and cook until onions become translucent and then add all other ingredients.
Cook until heated but do not boil.
Serving size is 1-1/2 cups.
