Simple Italian Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 large or 2 small ripe tomatoes1.5 Tbs lite balsamic or italian dressing2 basil leaves1/2 oz feta cheese3/4 oz diced part-skim mozerella cheesedash of greek or italian dried seasonings (optional, to taste)
Directions
Makes a single serving

Slice tomato thinly and arrange around small plate.
Sprinkle both cheeses over tomatoes. Use scissors to cut basil into thin ribbons or pieces and sprinkle over tomatoes and cheese.
Sprinkle the balsamic or Italian dressing over dish.
Sprinkle Greek or Italian seasonings over dish to taste.

To cut fat - reduce or eliminate the cheeses, or just use a low-fat feta without the mozzarella.
