4 whole wheat tortilla8 Tbsp light bbq sauce1 cup pineapple tidbits2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped1 oz goat cheese (or reduced fat feta)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place tortillas on large nonstick baking sheet. Place in the oven for 2-4 mins per side. Use a spatula to carefully press air out if air bubbles form.
top each tortilla evenly with BBQ sauce (2 Tbsp per tortilla). then add cheese (1/4 oz or about 3 tablespoons), pineapple, and cilantro.
Bake for about 4 mins until the cheese is completely melted. Slice into wedges and serve.
