Ingredients
Ingredients: dry pasta, 200 gram(s)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 300 grams Onions, raw, 1 small Garlic, 2 clove Smoked Salmon (lox), 110 grams
Directions
boil pasta of your choice. Meanwhile chop onion and garlic and fry in a non stick pan. cut salmon in small pieces and mix with onion and garlic. Cut tomatoes in cubes. Once pasta is ready mix tomatoes, salmon, onion and garlic together. Sprinkle some chopped basil (optional). Serves 2-3 persons
