Perfect Hominy White Bean Chili

Ingredients
Dice the onionsI use jar jalapeno and only use a few. May add more or less to taste. I also add a little fresh ground pepper to the recipe.Add fresh diced cilantro before serving.
Directions
Saute onions in olive oil. Add chili powder and cook for a minute. Add all items to a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy!
