Salad Nicoise

Ingredients
1 head of Iceberg or Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces2 cans of tuna in water, drained1 c. cooked green beans, chilled1/2 c. cooked peas (frozen), chilled3 hard boiled eggs, cut into wedges1 c. cherry or grape tomatoes, halved1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced1/2 can small ripe (black) olives
Directions
Serves about 10 - 1 cup servings.
Pile lettuce evenly onto a platter, then arrange other ingredients on top of lettuce in rows.
Cover with plastic & refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with a light vinaigrette or your favorite light dressing.
