    Not sure the sausage flavor I used. I left out the artichokes since I'm the only one that likes them, and added some black pepper and oregano for seasoning. Perhaps grated carrots would have been better than chopped as they were too chunky. It was an odd combination, but definitely filling. - 10/22/11

    Very good and filling. Only problem I had was finding the sausage so I substituted Aidell's Italian Sausage. Making so pasta to add to my left overs for my other lunches and/or dinners. - 4/27/10
