Ingredients
Lean Ground Beef - 90/10 - 1.5 poundsPetite Diced Tomatoes - 4 cansRed Kidney Beans - 2 cansBlack Beans - 1 canDiced Onion - 1 cupMixed diced bell peppers - .5 - 1 cupDiced celery - 1 cupPressed garlic - 2 headsWater - .5 cupSeasoning to taste - Johnny's - Tony Cachere's, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef in olive oil in bottom of large round pot - when browned, add vegetables and tomatoes - not beans. Let cook on low-medium heat for 30-45 minutes, then add beans. Simmer another 15-20 minutes. Serve or refrigerate.
