mini turkey meatloaves

Ingredients
1.3 lbs of lean ground turkey3 small zuchinni, shredded4 small carrots, shredded1/2 small onion, diced1 garlic clove, minced1/2 tbs garlic powder1 tsp cumin1 jalapeno pepper1 large egg1/2 cup spaghetti sauce1 tsp olive oil(Normally, I would add 1/2 cup of bread crumbs but I was fresh out. They were super most, and still held together without.)
Directions
Heat olive oil in small saucepan, add onion and garlic. Cook on medium until onion is translusent. Let cool.
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon mixture into a muffin pan, bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. (Until browned)
