*Barilla Ziti Pasta, 8 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Onion, White, Fresh, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 3 serving (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 2 serving (remove)*Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can 2.5 serv in can, 4 serving (remove)*Cheese Gouda smoked, 5 oz (remove)Spinach, fresh, 4 cup (remove)
cook pasta as directed
saute onions and peppers in oil 5 minutes, ass garlic saute til onion is tender
add spinach stir til it wilts,~30 seconds
remove from heat, add tomatoes simmer 5 minutes
add pasta and 3/4 c cheese stir pour in 7 x 11 pan
sprinkle remainder of cheese on top
makes 5 servings
bake 375 for 15 minutes
