Hamburger Stew

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef4 - 6 medium potatoes, quartered3 large carrots, sliced1 medium onion, chopped1 can cream of chicken soup1 can 2% milksalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Brown the ground beef with chopped onion and drain fat.
Cook potatoes and carrots til almost tender.
Mix the meat with potatoes and carrots in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix soup and milk til smooth and pour over the meat and vegetables.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
