Cinnamon chip muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs1 1/2 cups milk2/3 cup oil3 1/2 cups flour2/3 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 package of Hersheys cinnamon chipsStreusel topping1/2 cup flour4 tbsp sugar4 tbsp softened butter or marg. (nutritional info for butter)
Directions
mix wet ingredients well, add dry ingredients and stir to just mix then fold in chips.

fill muffin cups 2/3 full and sprinkle with streusel topping.

Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.
