Black Beans, Rice & Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 cup onion, chopped1 cup celery, chopped4 tsp garlic1T olive oil1 1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp chili powder1 1/2 tsp cumin powder1 lg can diced tomatoes2 - 540 ml can black beans3 cups cooked brown rice
Directions
Sautee onion, celery & garlic for 3 mins. Add salt, spices and tomatoes. Cook for 2 mins for flavors to blend. Thoroughly rinse and drain black beans Add and stir. Add cooked brown rice and cook 5 minutes till hot. Makes 6 servings.
