Grilled Salmon w/ Secret Sauce

Ingredients
3 oz. salmon fillet1 tbs. lite soy sauce1 tbs. sugar free maple syrup1 tsp. dijon mustardred pepper flakes to taste (apx. 1/2 tsp. is what I use)
Directions
Combine soy sauce, syrup, mustard and pepper flakes in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly. Place salmon on large piece of foil on baking dish. Drizzle with sauce and close foil. Bake for 20 minues on 375. This can be made in larger portions. About 2-4 times the amounts listed will work for a family sized piece of salmon. Even my kids love this dish. Serve this with brown rice and broccoli for a great meal.
