Chicken with Walnuts and Pomegranate

Ingredients
1 medium onion1 lb walnuts2 lbs chicken breast3 tbsp pomegranate pasteSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Grind walnuts and onion in food processor. Add water since the walnuts will turn to a paste. Add enough water so that the blades can move freely. Don;t worry about the amount of water since you will need to ad more water to the mixture as it cooks.

Pout walnut mixture into a pot and add some water so that it is not too thick. Cover and cook for 60 minutes on medium heat, stirring frequently. Add more water if the mixture turns into a paste. Add the pomegranate paste and mix it in. Cook another 30 minutes . Add the chicken and cook another 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
