Sweedish Meatball Sauce

Ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 c Lite Sour Cream1/2 c 2% evaportated milk1 t. Worchestershire sauce2oz wine (optional)1t. black pepper1/2c Herbox sodium free beef broth1c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
Directions
Wisk all ingredients, except mushrooms, in 2 qt sauce pan over medium/low heat, and simmer for about 15 min.. stirring frequently until sauce begins to reduce.

Add sliced fresh mushroom and simmer an additional 5 min.

Yield: 5 , 1/2 c. servings when served over 1 c. egg noodles
with meatballs

Enough sauce to cover about 3 doz small meatballs when served as and appetizer/
