1 cup rolled oats2 medium apples, chopped1 cup skim milk1/2 cup nonfat yogurt1/4 cup blanched, slivered almonds, chopped coarsely1/2 cup frozen black sweet cherries
Pour milk over oats to soak while you chop apples and cherries.
Combine all ingredients, refrigerate at least 20 minutes. Can make the night before for a quick breakfast.
