Ingredients
* Red Potato, 900 grams (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove) * Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Cube and boil the potatoes till easily pierced with a fork. Drain water and add to hot oil in a skillet with spices. Cook till crispy.
