Easy Chunky Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 4 cup, chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Aji Rocotto (red pepper paste), 3 tsp (remove)Parsley, 1 cup (remove) Black beans spicy, 365 organic, 2 cup Chili Powder, 1tbsp Selection Tomato Paste (Garlic), 2 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tbsp Salt and pepper, to taste Water 1L
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in pressure cooker
2. Bring up to boil, place lid on top-- pressure cook for 15 min on medium heat
Makes 8 hearty servings !
Enjoy ! with some good crusty bread or crackers
