* Egg, fresh, 2 large * Salt, 1 tsp * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Cumin seed, 1 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper, chopped * Garlic, 4 cloves, chopped * Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt and beat again.
2. Heat olive oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds. When they start to sizzle,add onions and saute over medium heat till onions become slight brown in color.
3. Add chopped jalapenos, chopped garlic and turmeric and cook for about 4 minutes.
4. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Let the eggs to set a little and then, turn them on the other side, breaking it into small pieces until cooked well.
