Leanne's Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients
20 turkey sausage links1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 medium onion diced2 celery stalks diced2 cups stewed tomatoes4 cups Campbells Low Sodium Chicken Broth1.5 cups bow tie pasta uncooked2 cups chick peas8 cups water4 garlic cloves minced4 tbsp italian seasoning2 tbsp rosemary2 tbsp basil2 tbsp oreganochili peppers (to your likenss)
Directions
Brown turkey sausage and set aside to cool.
In large pot under low heat add olive oil, onions and celery stalk and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Chop up sausage into bite size peices and add to pot.
Add stewed tomatos.
Add chicken broth.
Add bowtie pasta.
Add garlic,herbs, and chili peppers
Add water and stir.

Cook on low heat for at least 2 hours stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle your serving with a bit of parmesan if you want to. (not included in recipe)
