Primavera Topping for Pasta

Ingredients
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes (not drained)1 cup broccoli1 cup diced bell peppers 1 cup mushrooms, chopped1 chicken breast1 clove garlic
Directions
1. Bake chicken for 15 minutes
2. In a large pan or skillet, cook peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, and garlic in a little water until garlic is brown and veggies begin to soften
3. Add tomatoes and chicken, add herbs to taste.
4. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes
5. Serve over pasta.

Makes 4 servings, about 1.5 cups each.
