Quick Chicken Stir Fry

4 cups potatoes, with skin on, diced1 cup onion, diced4 tbsp worcestershire sauce4 tsp Splenda3 tbsp white vinegar4 tbsp soy sauce1 16 oz bag of stir fry vegetables2 cups chicken, white, cut up
Spray a large skillet with non-stick spray. Put on medium high heat to start heating while you prep. Cut up 4 cups of potatoes into bite size pieces and put in pan as you go. cut up chicken and throw in pan. Dice up onion throw in pan. Stir occasionally. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir. Sprinkle with splenda and put lid on. Set timer for ten minutes. At end of 10 minutes stir. Put the stir fry vegetables on top of other stuff and cover. Set timer for 10 minutes. At the end of this time the potatoes should be softened and veges done. Enjoy.
