Ingredients
1 3/4 cups milk1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup brown sugar1 egg
Directions
Whisk egg, milk and sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add oatmeal and continue stirring for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 4-5 minutes.
