White bean Beer Chicken Chili

Ingredients
24 oz chicken breasts chunked1 bag of goya northern beans...simmered for 3 minutes...stood for an hour2 28oz cans crushed tomatoes1 can rotel1 bag of Birdseye pepper and onion stirfry frozen2 tbs cumin4 tbs chili powder1 tbs cilantro2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp white pepper1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1 bottle of michelob beer2 tbs balsamic vinegar4 tsp hot sauce2 tbs olive oil
Directions
Saute chicken and bag of birdseye stirfry mix in olive oil until cooked...add everything else and put in crockpot for about 6 hours. Note: the dried beans should be brought to a boil simmered for a few minutes and let set for an hour before putting them in crockpot with everything else.
