1/2 LB Ground Chicken Breast1 Egg4 Tbs ketchupParsley (raw or dry)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together, and use a hipping teaspoon for each patty and place it on silver foil pan. Put it in the oven at 350 for about 20-25
