Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil2 Leeks, cleaned and sliced thin1 bunch Kale, cleaned and lcied thin1 can Great Northern Beans or white beans, rinsed and drained1/2 Cup Sodium Free Chicken Boullion prepared with water
Directions
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add leeks and stir until wilted. Then add kale, beans and chicken stock, and cook until kale wilts.
