I made this for dinner tonight and it was very tasty. I sautéed a little onion, green pepper and fresh mushrooms on the side and mixed it with the remainder of the sauce and served it over whole wheat thin spaghetti. - 2/3/09

Really good. Quick and easy to make. We used pepperjack cheese to add a little kick to the flavor. - 1/14/09

I agree with all the other ratings...very easy, very good. I serve with spagehetti squash (sprinkled with parmesan cheese) and a nice spinach salad with balsamic dressing. Low carb, filling & a healthy-balanced meal. Thanks for the receipe! - 2/24/09

This is wonderful. I baked the chicken instead of pan frying and used the same amount of calories for bread crumbs as it called for olive oil. I didn't have mozz. cheese so I used colby jack. It was wonderful, my kids loved it. Thanks for sharing this recipe! - 2/16/09

This was, by far, awesome! I cooked everything early, got it into the dish to bake and put it in the fridge for about 2 hours. Then baked it for about 1/2 hour on 400 and it came out fantastic. Moist still! Thanks for this recipe. It's something I can batch cook too!! - 2/12/09

This is so wonderful. We don't have to go to Olive Garden anymore! I serve this with fettucine pasta in Bertolli alfredo sauce. YUMMY. - 1/14/09

This was really good and easy. I cooked the chicken in the oven so I wouldn't have to stand over the stove. The whole family loved it. I served it with green beans and onions. - 1/12/09
