* Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cup, dry * Wheat bran, crude, 0.75 cup (remove) * Flax Seed, 16 tbsp (1 cup) * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup * Isoflex Protein, 60 gram(s) * Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, 40 tbsp (2.5 cups) * Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup * Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled * Apricots, dried, 0.75 cup (chopped) * Honey, 1 cup
- Mix all ingredients
- Firmly pack mixture into cookie sheets - pack approx. 1/4" thick.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400*F.
- Let bars cool completely before cutting.
- Cut into 48 squares.
