2 lb potato6-8 Leek5 cups chicken stock2 cups heavy cream4 Tbs butter1 cup dry wine (optional)salt and pepper
Directions
cut green tops of leeks and cook in broth
dice white part of leek and cook in butter until soft
cook potatoes and white of leek i n chicken broth
blend in blender until smooth
add cream and wine for consistency
