Spinach Quiche Lorraine

1 frozen pie crust (9 inches)7 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled1 1/2 cups fat free half and half1/4 cup milk1 1/2 cup gruyere or swiss cheese4 eggs1 box frozen spinach, cooked and drained
oven to 350. Mix eggs, half and half, milk in bowl. place crumbled bacon, half of the cheese, and spinach in the crust, pour in half of the egg mixture, then the rest of the cheese followed by the rest of the egg mixture. Sprinkle some fresh nutmeg on top. Bake at lowest rack for one hour, or until it doesn't jiggle when moved. cool 15 minutes to set, slice and eat! Makes 8 servings.
