Garlic and Onion Roasted Chick Peas

Ingredients
1 Can Chick Peas (Garbanzos)1/3 Cup Chopped Red Onion1 Clove Garlic (sliced thin)2 TBSP of Olive Oil2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Onion PowderPepper to taste
Directions
Chop up onion to make about 1/3 cup. Slice Garlic clove thinly and mix both ingredients with the Chick Peas. Add Olive Oil and ONE Tbsp of vinegar. Sprinkle with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Pepper and mix. Spread chick peas out in a flat baking dish to have only 1 layer.

Cook at 375 for 15-20 minutes mixing once.

When finished, add the other tbsp of balsamic vinegar and mix together.
Makes approx. 4 1/2 cup servings

**If you don't like too much of the onion/garlicy taste do not add the garlic and onion powder.
