Slow Cooker fresh lime, bean and pork chili

Ingredients
2 cups canned beans- black, white, kidney, pinto, etc......3 cups salsa1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped red bell pepper6 thin sliced lean pork loin boneless chops2-3 Tbs. taco seasoning ( I like Sharon's, on this site)juice of 1 small lime1 sm. can roasted green chilis lime wedges (optional)1 cup chopped cilantro(optional)1 cup low fat mexican shredded cheese (optional)1 cup low fat plain yogurt (optional)
Directions
Spray non stick skillet, rub chops with 1 Tbs. seasoning, brown in hot skillet to seal juices, 2-3 min each side. Put in bottom of crock pot. Mix all other ingredients (up to lime juice) in bowl and pour over chops. Add any extra spices to taste. Be careful of salt, as beans and seasoning are already salted. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve with brown rice or tortillas ,fresh lime wedges and chopped cilantro. Or ladle into bowls, and top with low fat shredded mexican cheese, and dallop of low fat plain yogurt.
