Pav Bhaji(potato&vegetable)

(Best Thing about this receipe is you can use any vegetable of your choice and likes, just make sure amount of potatos should be little more than, rest of the vegetables)
1)Cook all vegetables(except-peas,onion, and tamatoes)
2)take 2 teaspoon olive oil, in pan heat it add some cuminseed, onion and peas.
3)after onions are littel soft add tamotes in it. and let it simmer for 10 min
4)add salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and 1 spoon of pav bhaji masala in it, cook for 1 min.
5)add little water cooked vegetables, let it boil, it should be like thick paste.
6)garnish it with littlw corander and raw onion.
7)serve hot
8)perfect with any type of bread.
