Mandarin Chicken Salad (without the chicken)

Ingredients
Fresh Express 50/50 Mix - 1 bag or 5 oz.1/2 Red Onions, rawMandarin Orange Segments, 0.5 cupCashew Nuts, oil roasted, .5 cup, halves For the Salad DressingSesame Oil, 2 tbsp Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 5 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar, 3 tbspSalt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash1 pkg Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor (loose the flavor packet)
Directions
Dressing - Mix the oils, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper until the sugar is dissolved.

Salad - Thinly slice the red onion. Break the package of Ramen noodles. Toss all ingredients not used for the dressing. Drizzle dressing and enjoy.
