"Stuffed" Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 Center Cut Pork Chops2 Medium Apples sliced thinly2 T packed Brown Sugar1t cinnamonOnion PowderSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Spray a baking dish with Pam
Sprinkle the pork chops with salt, pepper, and onion powder
Slice the apples and coat with the sugar/cinnamon
Prepare the Stuffing mix according to direction
Put the apples on the pork chops and top with the stuffing
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 mintues... cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chops
