Low Fat Chicken Fettuccine

Boil package of Fettuccine3 cooked chicken breasts and cut up (with onions)6 oz of dry sherry2 cups of chopped mushrooms1.5 cups of chopped onion (cook with chicken)head of broccoli 1 can of rotel tomatos6 tbls of chopped sun dried tomatos3 cloves of minced garlic (cooked with chicken)Basil - about 10 leaves chopped upsalt and pepper to taste
Cook the chicken with onion and garlic. While that is cooking chop up the rest of the vegtables and boil the noodles. When chicken is done, set it aside. Cook the broccoli, dried tomato and mushrooms. Chop up the chicken. Ad the chicken, sherry, Rotel tomatos, basil, salt and pepper.
Drain past and add.
Mix and serve.
