* Carrots, raw, 1/2cup, grated * Zucchini, 1/2 cup, grated * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2 cup, diced * Celery, raw, 1/2 cup, diced * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can * Bacon,4 rashers * Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup, shredded * Flour, S.R wholemeal, 1/2 cup * *Margarine, 30 grams melted * Egg, fresh 4 * Milk, nonfat,4 tblspns * Pepper, black dash * Onions, raw, 1
Directions
combine all ingredient, mix well. spoon into a square dish that has been dusted with breadcrumbs. Bake in a moderate oven for approx 45 minutes or until set. serve hot with a side salad or delicious as a cold snack
