Whole wheat orange muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 egg2 oranges 2 tablespoons honeya little less than a cup of yogurt50 grams of ground coconut
Directions
Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Squeeze the oranges into the beaten egg, together with honey. If you add some of the orange zest it will give it a nice flavor and a beautiful scent. Pour the egg mixture into the flour, stir well and then add yogurt and coconut.
Spoon into 12 muffin cups.
