1 lb. ground beef (fatty kind to keep burgers juicier)1.5 lb. ground lamb1 med onion chopped1 tsp ground red pepper (more or less to taste)1.5 tsp salt1 tsp cumin2 cloves garlic chopped1.5 hands bread crumbs (about 1.5 cups)1 egg.5 tsp black pepper1.5 tbsp oreganochopped parsley (optional)
Mix meats. Add everything but parsley & mix well. Meat should be well covered in everything. If it is still too wet add more bread crumbs.
Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow spices to go through the meat mixture.
Mix in fresh parsley before cooking.
Make into small patties. Grill or fry until done through.
