Tuna Salad for One

  • Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 small can (3oz) Tuna in Water, drained 1 tbsp mayo1/4 tsp yellow mustard1 tsp prepared horseradish1 tbsp sweet pickle relish1 tbsp chopped celery1 Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients
- Season as desired

Makes 1 serving

Note: I also have used about a tsp of chopped onion. A variation would be to use dill relish. I do not season until I decide what I am serving it with. Since I usually eat mine with chips I do not salt at all.
