Ingredients
3/4 C Egg Beaters1/2 cup diced zucchini1/4 cup chopped onion2 sliced mushrooms1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese, chunked
Directions
Saute vegetables in Pam on high until crisp tender. Pour egg substitute over vegetables, add cheese chunks. Cook on medium until eggs are set. Salt & Pepper to taste.
